ASCE20 rail is a light-duty hot-rolled rail conforming to the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) specification, designated as 20 AS (20 LB ASCE) with section number 2040. It is designed for light-load rail systems. Manufactured to ASTM A1 / AREMA international standards, the rail features a lightweight design of 20 lb/yd (approximately 9.92 kg/m), providing wear resistance and structural stability. It is well suited for industrial spurs, light transportation, temporary installations and other low-load applications—an economical choice for light-rail projects.
