Applications
Industrial tracks: automated warehouses, factory in‑plant transport lines (frequent starts/stops; wear critical)
Crane rails: light cranes and gantry rails (impact and wear resistance required)
Mining auxiliary rails: light duty haulage and auxiliary lines (abrasion and corrosion options available)
Secondary railway lines: branch lines, private spurs and shunting yards (cost/performance balance)
Other: amusement park rails, test tracks, agricultural machinery rails
Compliance & Factory Testing
Standards: ASCE rail specifications, ASTM / AREMA manufacturing standards
Quality System: ISO 9001 available on request
Factory tests: chemical composition analysis, tensile test report, hardness report, UT inspection, visual inspection
Third‑party testing and batch traceability available (batch number matched to test reports)
FAQs
Q: How does ASCE60 differ from a generic 60 lb/yd rail?
A: ASCE60 denotes compliance with ASCE profiles and manufacturing practices and uses 55Q high‑carbon steel which emphasizes wear and fatigue resistance for medium‑light duty use.
Q: Can you provide load calculations or layout advice?
A: Yes — fill the left chart and provide equipment type, axle load/frequency and track gauge; we will supply a preliminary load assessment.
Q: Do you provide welding or field installation services?
A: We provide welding recommendations and can coordinate with installation partners; welding must follow specified preheat/postheat procedures and be inspected.
