Mining rail systems are the track networks used underground or in open-pit mines to transport ore, equipment and personnel. They typically consist of rails, sleepers/ties, turnouts (switches), mine cars and hauling/traction equipment. Core functions include: transporting ore and materials, ensuring safety for personnel and machinery, improving operational efficiency and reliability, adapting to difficult terrain and environments, and supporting maintenance and remote monitoring.

 We supply a full range of mine rails: Light Rail Series, Heavy Rail Series, Crane and Hoist Rails  Profiles. Multiple section weights (kg/m), finishes and custom lengths available — suitable for underground carts, surface mining haulage, cranes and bespoke rail applications.

Light Mining Rail

This Series is intended for small-to-medium underground mine carts and auxiliary transport — lightweight sections easy to install. Common weights: 8, 9, 12, 15, 18, 22, 24, 30 kg/m (custom sizes available).

Heavy Rail Series

Heavy Rail Series is designed for surface mining haulage, heavy mine cars and locomotive-train lines with high load demands. Typical weights: 38, 43, 50, 60, 75 kg/m (customizable).

Crane / Hoist Rail

Crane / Hoist Rails are designed for crane runways and hoisting bridges, emphasizing stability and contact area. Common models: A45, A65, A75 A100, QU70, QU80, QU100, QU120 (or equivalents).

Q: Do you support custom rail profiles or drilling according to drawings?

A : Yes, we do. We can manufacture rail profiles based on customers’ drawings, drill holes on base plates, and conduct heat treatment or surface treatment as required. Please upload your files when submitting an inquiry.

A: MOQs vary by product type. Small-batch supply is usually available for common small accessories; while large-size rails typically have a minimum shipment volume requirement. Please specify your needs when sending an inquiry, and we will provide optimal solutions.

A : Common surface treatments include heat treatment, galvanizing, painting, and wear-resistant treatment; available material grades cover carbon steel, alloy steel, and wear-resistant steel. Selections can be customized based on project requirements.
