A: No. All models are pneumatically driven and require only a stable compressed air source.
Q: Does the water-feed compromise explosion-proof performance?
A: ZGQ’s water-feed is an inherently non-electrical, mechanical system. All wet parts are non-electrical and do not compromise the overall pneumatic explosion-proof design. Installation and maintenance should still follow mine safety procedures.
Q: Can these units be used on heavy mainline rails?
A: This product line is optimized for 15–30 kg/m light rails typical in mining. Heavy mainline rails (e.g., 50 kg/m) require higher power and different clamping — please contact us for custom solutions.
