ASCE Rail
Overview
ASCE rail series consists of T-section rails designed for North American railway practices, complying with ASTM A1 and AREMA standards. Covering ASCE20 to ASCE85 models, it meets diverse needs from light rail and temporary tracks to heavy-haul freight and crane rails.
Product Advantages
High standardization and interoperability — manufactured to ASTM/AREMA; provide CNC section drawings with version numbers.
Stable, verifiable performance — downloadable MTC and test reports.
Optimized section geometry — reduced stress concentration demonstrated by stress analysis (attach summary).
Wide applicability — covers light to heavy duty rails and crane rails.
Lower maintenance cost

Standards & Materials
Made to ASTM A1 standards, our rails are rolled from high-quality carbon or low-alloy steel (typical grades: 50Mn, U71Mn), then heat-treated and straightened for consistent shape and strength. Every rail is inspected (ultrasonic and X-ray where required) and ships with a Material Test Certificate plus batch/heat numbers for traceability. Rails longer than 11.89 m (39 ft) receive extra straightness control, and optional anti-corrosion surface treatments are available for harsh environments.
What this means for you:
Reliable fit and consistent performance on installation
Verified quality you can check (MTC + inspection reports)
Extra straightness for long rails to ease laying and reduce adjustments
Optional coatings to extend service life in corrosive conditions
FAQs
Q: What load range is Light Mining Rail suitable for?
A: Designed for small-to-medium mine cars and auxiliary transport.
Q: Can these rails tie into existing legacy rails?
A: Yes — compatibility depends on head height and connector type. We can supply transition pieces or an assessment to ensure seamless integration.
Q: What lead time and MOQ about light mining rail?
A: Lead time depends on stock and customization; small quantities of standard sections are usually available quickly. Custom runs have longer lead times. Contact us with your requirements for a firm delivery estimate.
